I'm already thinking about what the inaugural brew should be once I've got the new boiler ready. I've got 900g of Styrians in the freezer so why not, especially as I'm out of beer now and conditioning period doesn't need to be so long... well, mine wasn't anyway

As seems always the way, the last pint out of the corni tasted the best so it probably pays to hold off a little longer than I managed to

It looks to me like you need a couple of double brew weekenders, and return the stocks to a good level
Perhaps you could call it "Lost in Nunhead"and "Lost in Nunhead 2" or "beerier and battered"  For a chap of your talents I'm sure you could come up with some fliers too
Perhaps a mild just to get something in the larder too

Now you're talking! :D

Thing is even with this rubbish weather we're having here believe it or not I'm still getting problems with too-high fermenatation temperatures...

Now, how many viable primaries do I have... :-k :)

I dropped this into the secondary yesterday 1,010 which is nice.
I had a quickie taste and it is mighty fine, though I can see why you would want to add loads of Styrians once the boil is over. Though I must admit aroma hop flavours tend to develop over time so I will wait and see.

Great beer so far though, I may have to wait till summer arrives to drink(2008)
