Gorse Wine

Anyone tried making wine from Gorse?
We have loads of Gorse bushes near us, such a beautiful smell comes off them

I made it a few years ago and wasn't that impressed to be honest. The flowers are a nightmare to pick and the wine didn't have a great deal of flavour, despite having a nice aroma of coconut.

Oh I see
I am not too keen on a strong Coconut flavour
A hint is fine
Anything too strong coconut and it just reminds me of the time I drank too many Malibu .
