It was racked to secondary on the 17/06/07 and racked to corny on the 26/06/2007.
I have just tapped it straight after moving the corny to the vossy kegerator. I was expecting cloudyness due to disturbing sediment but when I ran the first 1/4 pint off this was the result

It looks like my haze issues weren't caused by 80% efficiency afterall.
Right the brew...
This is my first all Cascade brew and I'm very impressed. Despite only using late copper hops it has a lovely citrus and to my nose floral note.
The taste is crisp and fresh, if a little thin, and not too bitter, IMO the perfect summer quaffer.
This is without doubt easier to drink than the Styrian Stunner, perhaps too easy and I would definately say that this is on a par with the Styrian Stunner, but I guess first borns always have a special place.
I would say that I think that Styrians have a bit more complexity in taste to Cascade, though it's barely noticable

In the quest of single hop brews this is another victory to be notched on the V1 brewery door

All in all...well happy

Thanks goes once again to M.Ollosson
