It depends on the apple variety(ies) used and what the growing season was like. If by ‘plain apple juice’ you mean a ‘standardised’ shop-bought juice, I’d guess about 1.045, give or take a few points, depending where you are. More in the US and less in Europe generally, I suspect

Tesco's apple juice from concentrate claims a sugar content of 111g/litre. Which would give a SG of about 1.042.

Apples are typically >80% water. To increase gravity noticeably you'd need to add an apple variety with much higher sugar content than those used to produce the juice you used initially.
