I usually brew bitters, pale ales and stouts. Brewing a bit of a user upper pilsner today 100% pilsner malt. Using a sachet of the above yeast. Will ferment at 12-13 degrees. Does anybody with experience of this yeast know how long it will take to ferment out?
Cheers

If your doing 23l it's going to take time it's half the amount of yeast recommended.
With the full amount of yeast I'd suggest giving it a week at 12 then raising the temp 1 a day to 18 then when finished crash to -1 for as long as you can.
Pitch to crash could be as little as 14 days but longer if there isn't a lot of yeast.

Re: Mangrove Jack's M84
I recently made a Bohemian Pilsner using this yeast and it fermented down to FG in 6 days at 12C, plus 3 extra days at 15C for diacytel rest. I used two packets of yeast for a 23 litre batch. Boil some water and add to a sterilised container the night before and allow to cool overnight. At the start of your brew session, add the yeast to the container. After a couple of hours it will become quite active even in water and start frothing. Pitch it into the cooled wort and you should see active fermentation within 4-6 hours. I was very impressed with this yeast - quick to get going and very active fermentation at 12C.
A fine beer may be judged with only one sip, but it's better to be thoroughly sure.
