
Bit sloppy but it worked great and lost only one degree in the 75 minutes.
On to the boil, Took ages to get a rolling boil going due to the one element - Must add to that! The smell took me back to wandsworth as a kid with the smell from the Youngs brewery very evident as you waited for the bus.

Here comes the wort! Ended up with 30 odd litres at 1060 after I put way to much water for the sparge! Mainly due to paranoia that I didn't have enough in the boiler. Should be strong enough though.

Pitched the white labs 530 yeast in 20 sommat litres and Brewferm Belgian yeast in the other 10 litres in another fermenter.
