The recipe is a straight copy of Wez's Honeyale.
The only exception being I may dry hop with some late aroma hops.
Thanks to Wez for the recipe,Reaper and Gurgth for the ingrediants and DaaB for the flying starter.
my 3 tier setup

grain bill

liquor ready and treated

rest of the ingrediants

pre heating the tun

after 90 mins.

first running and the grain debris collected

first runnings being returned

total debris collected after 2 batch sparges. must redesign the manifold

DaaB's flying starter

wort through the c.f.c. 10 meters of 8mm copper pipe takes about 45 mins notice the tap water flow rate. Used almost 7 gallons to chill 5gallons
