Nice work, and just shows you don't need a lot of space to grow some hops!

BTW, did you see I borrowed your method for drying my hops this year? :wink:

I wouldn't say it's my method, I'm not smart enough to develop anything but it is effective and quick... :) If I ever start growing enough I might make me a hop dryer but I have several projects and brewery upgrades to work on first......I plan on getting some Hallertau and Golding rhizomes next spring so my hop garden will be growing in size.....next year should be interesting!! :wink:

Maybe so, but it convinced me to try it so cheers! :beer:

The "drying frame" copes well with a bigger crop size. Previous years I found it bit of a chore to dry the hops, but this year was much easier.

I'm also thinking about getting another variety for next year, or at least I hope to get my Cobb Golding cropping again. I suspect some staggering of the picking will be necessary to keep the varieties separate. Then again for £5 (~$10) and a bit of tinkering I might be able to suspend another level under the top frame? :-k

Sweet, Clive La Penesee has a good section on hops in his book on Craft Brewing, nice looking hops btw.
