Headline is steeping over 50c is a waste of hops as the aroma oils are effectively "boiled" off. Dry hop late in the fermentation and two days is enoughfloydmeddler wrote:I'll watch that later. I only ever steep and dry hop for both aroma and flavour. My 5 min and 10 min additions are pretty much long gone.
