Is there a post somewhere that details what brewers on here see as their most successful beers... the ones that they will brew time and again?
If not, can we have one?
Although I haven't done a lot, my favourites so far would be:
The old classic it seems...
Styrian Stunner
4.5kg Marris Otter
0.5kg Torrified Wheat
75g 3% Styrian at 60 mins
55g 3% Styrian at 0mins 80' (steeping for one hour as I type)
20g 3% Styrian Dry in secondary
S-04
and...
Samuel Smith Oatmeal Stout
4.5kg MO

300g Chocolate
280g Over baked oats (75 mins @ 160)
100g Roast Barley
60g 4.2% EKG at 60 mins
