Bottled my Traditional draught yesterday about 6 p.m .Just looked at the bottles and they are nearly clear already!

I left the brew in the fv for about 14 days and there is very little sediment in the bottles.Another thing about the coopers yeast being so stable is, I took a few 2 ltr bottles with me in the caravan last week and drove about 40 miles into the Peak district. When I arrived there was just a slight haze on the beer but nothing to spoil it.Ive had cloudier beer served in a pub.Im thinking of doing a Wherry and chucking in a packet of coopers yeast to see what happens.
