Get rid of the Target hops and reduce the Northern Brewer to about 18 grams and you might wind up with a decent biscuity blonde ale.

Boingy is right, just brew it. Saying that I would suggest at least considering my advice to reduce the hops otherwise you are going to have a rather bitter beer.
