
The interesting part will be whereabouts my SG is on this second sack of Bairds malt. If i achieve the approx SG below(70% BHE) and say 1.012FG with the Burton ale yeast then i will be in for a balanced 6%+ IPA. If on the other hand my BHE climbs on this new sack then who can say?
One things for sure, its getting brewed as is and the final ABV is the unknown! The kilo of honey is going in regardless.
There is a part of me that hopes for a 85% BHE

0.5 oz of Nelsons,Green Bullet & Apollo to be used in HopThang circulate for 8 hours day before bottling.
