All went well apart from the boil off. I had to add 3ltr to the copper to end up with 53.5ltr. This gives me my target volume of 46 ltr.
This means that with a boil volume of 66.69ltr I end up with 46 ltr after a 2 hour boil.
I set my efficiency at 80% but still got a OG of 1044..very happy
