Evening all,
I have dropped a slight clanger,

brewed last Sunday and all went well,

realised I am heading away for a weeks break this weekend and I don't think fermenting will have been completed by the time I go,

question is what are the implications if I barrel too early over say leaving it a week or so and perhaps barreling a bit late, I am using a hamblton and bard pressure barrel which obviously has a safety valve on but I am unsure on the outcome. Any experiences/advice/help would be most welcome.
