I've been given permission to brew up tomorrow, but I'm not sure what to make. I've been experimenting a bit with my last 3/4 brews, but they haven't been very successful

I'm a sucker for anything big and hoppy, but I'd like to make something that everyone can enjoy over the crimbo period.

The only yeast i've got ready to go is a White Labs 001. Can anyone make something from this little lot?
