The supping started earlier than expected :D Two fellow brewers called with offerings and i gladly excepted :lol: boil is on now. I made one big mistake today, i forgot to preheat the mash tun and had to transfer to the boiler and bring up to the right temp on the cooker in the kitchen

Hobgoblin certainly seems to be a popular brew, I have never drank it myself. I think I will try a couple of bottles of it & if I like it I will probably give it a bash myself.

Gave up the shed idea for a few months :roll: Brewing in the kitchen now 8)

All went great, my efficiency must have been through the roof cause i probably over filled the fermenter :oops: 25 litres + and i left a couple of litres in the boiler and hit exactly 1052 without any changes 8)
