I'd agree here, my experience with US-05 is that it will attenuate around 5% more than WLP001. Nothing scientific of course, it could just be down to the larger pitching rate in a packet of dried yeast.US-05 is known for being a very attenuative yeast - although it's said to be similar to WY-1056/WL-001 it seems to be more attenuative than either
