back to brewing
Due to various health issues I haven't brewed much in nearly 18 months (twice). Tomorrow I will be brewing a coffee stout and I don't care a lot how the brew day goes I am just glad to be able to be brewing again.
Since I am a bit rusty I expect things to go less than perfct.
Next five beers: coffee stout, best bitter, mild, honey pilsner and Aurora ale (blonde ale with lemon zest and rosemary instead of finishing hops).

I'm just here for the beer.

I racked it last sunday and got a gravity reading of 1.015 which is a bit higher than I was hoping for, but not totally unexpected as my brew room is around 63 f and that is below the reccomended range. I plan to let it set in the secondary for a couple of weeks to see if it drops any more.
