I'm currently 5 days into brewing the coopers aussie stout and i had a gut wrenching realisation that i didn't add the sugar when mixing the wort!!!!
Can't believe i did this as it was out of the cupboard and ready to go but it just got left behind. I'm wondering if it is too late to throw in the sugar (dissolved that is) or am i best throwing it down the drain and starting again?
