We are getting there. In fact from tomorrow morning we another person starting in the warehouse to help catch up even more quickly.
I am in the process of contacting everyone who still has an outstanding order. For those who wish to proceed with their orders, by way of apology for the delay we are including free brewing stuff which hopefully will go someway towards making up for the inconvenience.
In fact a certain member who received a free kit, received one which costs twice what his original kit cost.

Well it's now Sept 18th (a month after this post) and it does appear nothing has changed, after my mate made an order (some of which is for me) last week there is still no sign and your not replying to emails or answering the phone. And there have been posts dating from March with problems being reported.
