
My biggest problem is not having sufficient cooling for them and having to rely on an an ice bath prior to drinking, I'm sure if I could keep them at a constant low temperature I'd have less of a problem.
Having had several pints off each and seeing little, if any change in the clarity in either I am contemplating opening the lid and chucking a sachet of finings in each. Once pressured up and purged I can't see how this would be a threat to the beer and the dip-tube is aimed away from the very bottom of the keg.
Is this likely to work or am I asking for trouble?
