I have a small amount of Nelson flowers to use up from last time plus 180g of new pellets from Ross at Craftbrewer.
I did a similar recipe last year when the flowers were available more readily in this country and it was a cracking, very different tasting ale.
I've added a bit of crystal for a deeper colour and a bit more body
I would welcome your comments, am I going overboard with the late additions?
I want it as hoppy as possible without being too bitter.
