Standard practice is to keep checking the readings and keg when it has remained constant for two days or more, 1010 is pretty good, so if its like that tomorrow then I say get it kegged!! =P~

General rule is, one week for every 10 point drop. So, usually one week at room temperature and three weeks cooler (around 12 C). However if you manage that, you've more willpower than I have

I find the longer the better but I recommend trying it regularly to appreciate how it will change, and they really do! I recall a Brupaks Fixby Gold I did and 2 weeks in the keg I hated it! three weeks it was palatable, but from week 5 it become blooming lovely!! and it changes every time I take a pint.
