Ive got maybe 3kgs pale pearl, 1kg each of choc and dark malt and a kilo of roasted barley, but ive also got a kilo of caramalt that i got a couple of months ago but never used. Got a range of hops too from fug/EK gold/chall/north/bobek/aurora.
Any ideas what to do? Im really interested about the caramalt and what flavours it gives. I know i bought it for a reason but now i cant remember what for

Oh i also have about a kilo of cornflakes, so not sure if they will help out
