So, I want to make a couple of brews of around 3.5 - 3.8% bitter (or mild, perhaps) to give me something to drink between now and Christmas, and need something that will be ready fast.
I've got M.O, Crystal, Dark and Chocolate malt. And EKG, Fuggles, Styrian and Challenger hops.
I've got GW's BYOBRA book and there are some recipes there that would seem to suit, except I've never tasted any of them and therefore don't know what'll be good one to try. Can anyone recommend me something from this list (sorry it's rather long)? I'm tempted towards The Timothy Taylor, because I like the Landlord bitter, but open to suggestions. Thanks to anyone who replies!
