Pitching Yeast
If yeast is to be pitched onto the surface of the aerated wort is it wise to stir it into the mix also?
I've never had a problem with my yeast by doing this and usually have to stir it to stop it from escaping out of the cupI usually add 2 teaspoons to 3/4 of a cup of water, b4 zapping it in the microwave and allowing it to cool b4 adding the yeast

I've also never had a stuck ferment
