Good evening Ladies and Gentlemen
I have question on the above which has been in my FV now for three weeks at 13/14c it has now dropped to 1.012 do you think i can now safely bottle this.
Once bottled should i keep this at room temp (23+ in this house) for a couple of weeks to condition or put it out into the garage which is now very cold.
Still not sure about the whole lagering thing can someone clarify this for me please
Regards

Re: Coopers European lager
I am curious as to what temperature you have been fermenting this lager at during the primary? After your primary you will need to raise your temp up to around 17C for a few days for a diactyl rest , after that I would rack the beer to another vessel and then out into the cold for a good 8 weeks. I am sure there are many differing views on the technique

Sounds good to me as long as your FG is steady.
