Just add water from the kettle to make up the volume.

Are you not brewing one of your Imperial IPAs for the Glasgow thing?? I'm going to brew another hop monster this week or next for it (along with todays IPA and some other stuff). I feel like we should whallop people with as much hops as possible at this event.

I am indeed.

NS IIPA, I am going to have 200 grams of late/dry NS, 9%ABV 85ish IBUs. Should be pretty nice.

Then I was thinking a belgian thing with T-58. Not sure.

Any idea's?

I'm going to do an Imperial red ale also with lots of NS hops with some of the yeast from this batch.

Also doing a couple of lagers (including a smoked one)

And maybe a Hefe if there's time.

A smoked lager?

Sounds interesting. Can't wait to try some guys stuff.

Waterproof labels, may be an issue. So will yeast sedimaent if they are considering using ice buckets. Even then I don't think it needs to be that cold. Ales at 13-15C or so would be fine.
