Well the time is nearly upon me! the 1st brew is sheduled for Saturday coming (5/3/11)

Ordering the plate chiller and hop stopper parts tomorrow morning.
the 1st brew will be a half brew (40L) of London Porter!

The recipe is for Meantime London Porter. I was listening to the CYBI episode on the BN. I've just added a bit of oat malt (cos i've got it!)
