
Don't take the website as gospel, by the way. I asked James Watt about the hops in new punk IPA and he said Centennial, Simcoe and NS. So I suspect they don't keep the website up to date with the latest recipe.

Crystal is a malt, you would steep it when making an extract brew, or mash it when doing all grain.math wrote:I think I shall have a go at this for my next brew! I'm a total noob, so can I ask a question - what format would I get "250g medium Crystal" in - a powder, or extract or something?
