Just about to start my first extract brew but I have a couple of questions first if anyone can help.
I am brewing the extract recipe pack summer ale from the brew uk website. (the hopps smell fantastic).
Has anyone tried this brew and how long at around 21 degees celscius will it take to ferment?
Why do they suggest a tea towel over the brew instread of just putting the lid on?
