I got some peat smoked malt and Brambling cross from the Maltmiller and decided on this recipe.......
300g crystal
150g torri
120g amber
200g peat smoked malt
4kg MO
25g Columbus at 90mins
30g Brambling cross at 15mins
30g Brambling cross at 0mins
Would all this go together? Admittadley the other bits are a user upper, but has anyone got any experience of peat malt that aint in a porter? And I knoe its gonna be nothin like a Rauchbier
