We are a small brewery operating in Scotland so if anyone needs some free skimmed yeast from our fermenter just let us know.

Actually AQIS (Quarantine rather than Customs) are not so bad, they adjusted the import-conditions so I could order yeast from BrewLab on malt-agar slants, and we do get Wyeast/WhiteLabs liquid yeast OK.Brewmeister wrote:I think the Aussie customs would have something to say about live yeast, but you're very welcome to visit next time you're back
