I borrowed Garth's recipe for a Standard English Bitter
3.7kg pale Malt
250g Crystal Malt
30 g Fuggles
20g Challenger
5g Fuggles.
I was relegated out of the house as my girls have all complained of the awful smell I cause when I brew. I have one of thse pop up gazebos so it was taken out from its bag and erected next to the house.

Here was my chance to christen my completed set up....


I think all went to plan....

I had it layed out, weighed and ready to go.
