They will go live around 9 . A bit of packing for me to do first . Im not sure if i should limit the quantity people can buy like they do in the USA in order to spread them round a bit more . Or just let it roll .
Any opinions would be well received .

It's up to you of course, but I will say as a US customer, I appreciate when sellers cap the amount. It's not like I can ever afford to buy more than a few of each anyway, so I personally benefit from such a system. You can always tell which cultivars didn't have caps because each annual harvest is immediately sucked-up by the microbreweries, clubs, etc, so us little guys never get any. From a business perspective, I think you'll make more friends than enemies if you limit it, if that's what you're asking.

I didn't take it that way. I assumed he was getting push-back on the 3-pack-limit. Whatever, right?

Thanks for limiting the quantity, there were some left for me! :D
As I'm now signed up on ebid I'll keep an eye on what you have to offer.
Cheers.

Here's my original post. It's a 60 minute boil. I got about 57 IBU, which is still high but balanced against a strong malt backbone.

SEYMOUR-ALFIE09 AMARILLO ALE
all-grain clone recipe
6 US Gallons = 5 Imperial Gallons = 22.7 Liters

FERMENTABLES:
80% ≈ 9 lb ≈ 4.08 kg, Two-row pale malt
8.9% ≈ 1 lb ≈ 454 g, CaraPils
8.9% ≈ 1 lb ≈ 454 g, Dark Brown Cane Sugar (from kitchen)
2.2% ≈ .25 lb ≈ .113 g, Oats (from kitchen: quick, flaked, rolled, pinhead, etc)

HOPS:
.75 oz ≈ 21.6 g, Magnum, 60 minutes
.75 oz ≈ 21.6 g, Amarillo, 60 minutes
.5 oz ≈ 14.2 g, Amarillo, 30 minutes
1 oz ≈ 28.3 g, Amarillo, 5 minutes, allow to steep until cooled, then pour through a large strainer into fermentor
1 oz ≈ 28.3 g, Amarillo, dry-hops added to fermentor after primary fermentation dies down, steep one week before bottling/kegging

MASH at 67° C until converted, 60 minute boil

Pinch of calcium carbonate in mash, pinch of gypsum in boil kettle to make the hops pop. Irish moss near end of boil for clarity.

YEAST:
Whitbread-B strain, available as S-04, White Labs WLP007, Wyeast 1098, etc.

STATS assume 78% mash efficiency and 78% yeast attenuation
OG: 1.056
FG: 1.012
ABV: 5.7%
IBU: 57
COLOUR: 8° SRM/16° EBC
