Before someone points it out, I know APA stands for American Pale Ale and Galaxy isn't an American hop, but the brew is American in style so I'm happy. If it makes you feel better we can call it an Austramerican Pale Ale. lol
Actually a starter with dry yeast is counter productive. The best way to go is to throw in another pack or onto the yeast bed of a smaller beer brewed with the S-05.bigdave wrote:I think S-05. Thinking a spray malt starter might be of benefit
